Brooke, Registered Dental Hygienist

Always interested in a health related career, I began as a medical records clerk of a dental practice my junior year in high school. Following high school, I decided to further my dental education by attending Guilford Technical Community College and entered their dental hygiene program. I graduated from the dental hygiene program in 2006. I enjoy building personal relationships with my patients that are focused on dental health education along with providing them with the best dental care possible. It’s rewarding to see patients improve their oral health and for them to see the results! Being a family-oriented person, away from work I enjoy being with my husband, Chevy, and our family and friends!

Marilyn, Registered Dental Hygienist

Hello! My name is Marilyn. I have been working as a registered dental hygienist for forty years this year, 2018, and I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful journey so far! I have worked for some very caring dentists, with my longest employment being with Dr. T. Wayne Wilson. I worked for him for about thirty three years! Dr. Wilson retired in 2016 when Dr. Stacye J. Harborth bought his dental practice. I am now enjoying working for Dr. Harborth and with our excellent staff! We work together as an outstanding team!

My focus, as well as the rest of our dental team, is to provide the highest quality of care and wellness for our patients. It is my great desire that our patients feel comfortable and well cared for in our office. I would like for your dental visit to be pleasant and informative and try to treat everyone the way that I would like to be treated.

I have been happily married for almost eight years! I have two daughters and my husband has a son and a daughter. All of them have two children so we have eight terrific grandchildren!

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a member of First United Methodist Church in China Grove, NC. It is a very caring and loving church. In my free time, I enjoy walking, hiking, birdwatching, traveling and bible study. One of my favorite bible verses is: Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Michelle Lagle, Dental Assistant II

I graduated from Salisbury High School and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with a diploma in dental assisting. I have completed a dental course at Wake Forest Medical School. I have worked in the dental field since 1989.

I assist with crown and bridge procedures, fillings, x-rays, scheduling patients and help with front desk. I am married and I have two children. I go to Turrentine Baptist Church in Mocksville, NC. My hobbies are camping, shopping, reading and traveling. I love to spend time with my family.

My goal as an assistant is to make my patients feel like they are part of a big, caring family. I want everyone’s visit to be relaxing and stress free.

Kristen, Dental Assistant

After graduating from East Rowan High School in 2013, I began college at Rowan Cabarrus Community College. I received my Medical Office Administration Degree while waiting to enter the dental assisting program. In June 2018, I graduated from the dental assisting program. I have always desired to work in the medical field and I am very happy that I chose to be a dental assistant. I love helping people and making them feel better. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, kayaking and swimming. I have just begun my journey in the dental field and can’t wait to see where it leads me!

Kendra, Dental Assistant

I grew up in the small town of Denton, NC. I graduated high school in 2014 and decided that I wanted to help people understand the importance of good dental care. Therefore, I chose to attend dental assisting school. In March of 2018 I graduated from the program. The dental field is very rewarding and I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful team. I have a beautiful daughter that I enjoy making memories with outside of work.
